Comprehensive Health Check-Up

Staying proactive about your health is essential in today’s fast-paced world. T-lab’s Comprehensive Health Check-Up offers a complete evaluation of your overall health, focusing on key systems such as metabolic functions, heart health, liver and kidney function, and more. This check-up is designed to detect potential health issues early, allowing for timely intervention and better long-term health management.

Duration: 1 Day
Special Requirements: Fasting for 10-12 hours is required for accurate results.

Profile Includes:

General Health Tests:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC): Evaluates red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, and platelets to detect conditions like anemia, infections, or immune disorders.
  • Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR): Measures inflammation in the body, indicating possible chronic conditions or infections.
  • Fasting Blood Sugar (Glucose): Screens for diabetes and prediabetes by measuring blood sugar levels after fasting.
  • C-Reactive Protein (CRP): A marker of inflammation, helping to detect acute or chronic inflammatory conditions.
  • Urine Analysis: Checks for abnormalities in the urine, indicating possible kidney issues, infections, or metabolic disorders.

Kidney Function Tests:

  • Urea, Serum: Evaluates kidney function by measuring the waste product urea in the blood.
  • Creatinine, Serum: Assesses kidney function by determining how efficiently the kidneys are filtering blood.
  • Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR): Provides an estimate of kidney function, detecting any early signs of kidney disease.

Liver Function Tests:

  • Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/GPT), Serum: Indicates liver cell damage, helping to diagnose liver diseases.
  • Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/GOT), Serum: Another enzyme marker to assess liver health.
  • Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (g-GT), Serum: A key marker to detect liver and bile duct disorders.
  • Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), Serum: Evaluates liver and bone diseases by measuring the levels of this enzyme.
  • Bilirubin, Total & Direct, Serum: Assesses liver function by measuring bilirubin, a waste product processed by the liver.

Lipid Profile:

  • Cholesterol, Total, Serum: Checks total cholesterol levels to assess the risk of heart disease.
  • Triglycerides, Serum: Measures blood fats, high levels of which can increase heart disease risk.
  • High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) Cholesterol, Serum: Known as “good” cholesterol, this helps reduce heart disease risk.
  • Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) Cholesterol, Serum: Known as “bad” cholesterol, high levels are linked to heart disease.
  • Cholesterol/HDL Ratio: A key risk factor for heart disease, calculated by dividing total cholesterol by HDL cholesterol.
